Overview Manager of People Analytics is a role that involves using data to inform decisions related to people and organizational performance. This role requires a combination of technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to interpret and communicate data in a meaningful way. The Manager of People Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. Detailed Job Description The Manager of People Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. This role requires a combination of technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to interpret and communicate data in a meaningful way. The Manager of People Analytics will work closely with the HR team to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions. This role will also be responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key metrics, as well as providing insights and recommendations to the HR team. Job Skills Required• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate data in a meaningful way
• Knowledge of HR analytics and metrics
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Mathematics)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
