Manager Menu Administration Jobs

· Excellent project management skills, capable of leading complex menu development projects from ideation to execution

5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in product innovation or brand marketing

Ability to maintain accurate and updated patient dietary information. Knowledge of basic math.

Visit patients on assigned floors upon admission to explain menu process and collect diet preferences.

Visit patients to obtain their menu selections and input selections into hand held computer.

Determine food preferences for patients on routine modified diets; order additional food items as necessary.

Maintain and calculate appropriate patient data according to established guidelines.

Deliver food trays and supplements to patients.

Experience with data management, quantitative, and qualitative analytics.

Provide independent decision-making about analysis methods for accomplishing projects with the oversight of the manager

Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and graphics software.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to partner with others to handle multiple priorities within a team.

Familiarity and experience with data visualization tools e.g. Excel, Tableau and Airtable (or equivalent)

Familiarity and experience with presentation tools e.g. Keynote, PowerPoint

* Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills with attention to detail

* Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management and/or Coordination

* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or similar field

Exhibit and maintain knowledge of project management software and spreadsheets in order to uphold departmental best practices for tool usage

1+ year administrative/project management experience required

Bonus points for experience in pricing and gross margin management

Proven relationship management skills across a broad network of internal and external stakeholders
