Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is a plus.

5+ years of experience managing Bill of Materials in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Great Plain systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn how to use custom database programs

Demonstrated experience working with alternative grade parts and materials, such as commercial off-the-shelf for space-based applications ranging a variety of missions

Current or willing/able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

Experience working in a Materials Management position including working in the production planning space

Experienced in working with procurement teams to identify cost saving opportunities and optimize efficiency within your site

A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (supply chain, engineering, business, etc.) or equivalent experience

Salary - $180,000 to $195,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits

5-7 years of proven warehouse and inventory management experience preferable in a manufacturing or warehouse operation.

Plan and implement material flow to meet production requirements

Detailed knowledge of and hands-on experience with spectroscopic and microscopic materials characterization

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience of collaborating with a diverse group of scientists and technical staff.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least five years of experience in a leadership role

Develop and manage functional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and continuous improvement

Drive and maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements

APICS-CSCP, ISM-CPSM, CSCMP or similar certifications preferred

Strong knowledge of large/MRP systems

Management experience is essential - ideally in managing a team of analysts.

In depth experience in commodity analysis.

Lead team to develop, produce and update house forecasts for Battery Raw Materials.

Develop and maintain marketplace contacts to stay abreast of industry developments.

Act as a spokesperson for BRM content.

Leading a team of analysts and senior analysts.

Maintain enterprise view of materials for all sites

Assists in the creation of department goals

Possesses a distinguished record of delivering critical project goals and moving projects forward.

Demonstrates strong aptitude for motivating others and building team unity

Develop and execute inventory cycle count process to assure high inventory accuracies.

Developing annual budgets and long-term strategic plans, including capital expenditures and labor needs

Manage end-to-end roles for direct reports in the Materials division.

Manage the material development process from end-to-end for directly owned lifestyle and performance categories.

Collaborate with the Sustainability Manager to ensure material development alignment with seasonal waypoints and long-term direction of the Vuori Sustainability Roadmap

Actively manage factory relationships including workflow, seasonal costing, and timelines

Degree in Textiles or Material Manufacturing Sciences or related field; may be substituted with relevant experience in textiles and manufacturing

8+ years of experience in engineering, troubleshooting, and testing lifestyle and performance knits, wovens and trims with passion for leading required
