Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Management or related field or combination of relevant education, experience & training

Minimum 5 years operation direction experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment

Experience with SAP, WMoS and Kronos would be a plus

Experience with budget overseeing and accountability

Excellent verbal, written and listening interpersonal skills, ability to lead other and influence at various levels of the organization

Understand the end-to-end movement of product through the facility and be a catalyst for flow.

Develop procedures for coordination of distribution management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, merchandising, and transformation.

Experience in direct DC manager role.

Assess current team to identify opportunities to grow the skillset of the existing team.

Monitor suppliers' activities to assess performance in meeting quality or delivery requirements.

Document physical distribution processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.

10+ years of relevant experience.

Manager of Operations - Virtual Center

Coordinate staffing and equipment needs that provide maximum order performance and maximum asset and labor utilization.

Achieve and maintain a safe work environment that meets and exceeds company guidelines and government regulations such as OSHA.

Guide, Direct, and Motivate leaders and team members. Provides guidance and direction, including setting performance expectations and monitors performance.

Resolve complex problems with independent action.
