Ensure all departments understand their respective roles and responsibilities; drive down sense of accountability and flexibility to all levels.

Experience managing a team of senior operations professionals.

Experience in acquisitions planning, due diligence and integration required.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

Assign appropriate timelines and accountabilities for items, empowering the team to drive action steps to completion.

Minimum 5 years prior experience in retail or distribution/warehousing leading and developing exempt level colleagues.

Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

Experience in a Union environment

Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts

Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills

Four-year degree or equivalent experience

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
