Proven experience (5+ years) in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage a team, prioritize and deliver on KPIs .

Knowledge of Warehouse/Transportation operations, Warehouse/Transportation Management Systems, Inventory Control processes and / or logistics preferred.

Business, Engineering, Distribution Management preferred.

Two years of managerial or leadership development experience preferred

Plan and Manage Multi-Departmental P&L’s, with accountability for cost containment and efficiency.

Recruit, hire, train and develop Distribution and/or Transportation associates; ensure coverage planning for staffing requirements and resource allocations.

Administer training, qualification, safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Full End2End supply chain knowledge, advanced process management and critical thinking skills, and experience with automation.

Process Management Certification and Lean Advanced/Black Belt certification a plus

Deep stakeholder and change management capabilities; persuasive, inspires commitment, and creates high performing teams.

You are responsible for logistics complaint management on behalf of markets and divisions towards service providers in warehouse, transport, and customs.

Extensive background in project management.

You are responsible for managing the division receiving performance from both Warehousing and Transport point of view, into DC’s/Factories.
