What will be your key responsibilities?

BA or BS degree from an accredited institution is desirable with progressive experience in an industrial setting.

Three (3) years experience in a training capacity either in a coordination and instructor capacity. Both capacities are desirable.

Five (5) years of leading employees, leaders, projects and/business functions. Direct supervisory experience is preferred and Union experience is a plus.

Familiarity with the GMP regulatory requirements of biopharmaceutical manufacturing or the food processing industry is desirable.

5+ years of leadership experience leading multiple teams with proven track record of delivering improvements in a complex distribution environment

Drive continuous research and exploration using broad and deep sport science knowledge

Create expert knowledge of biomechanics and/or physiology within key business partners to support performance driven products

Strong biomechanical and/or physiology knowledge and how that relates to product performance and development

Ability to understand scientific and complex information and synthesize comprehensible insights to various skillsets

Good communication, organizational and presentation skills

Computer literacy (word, excel, powerpoint) with the ability to analyse and understand large datasets, programming skills preferred
