Job Summary:
You will support the creativity and growth of the Beverage Programs throughout Walt Disney World. You will own and integrate the Beverage initiatives into the overall Line of Business strategy. You will provide in-depth experience and knowledge in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage categories, and build the beverage programs. You will establish and maintain the overarching Beverage Training project plan and identification of initiatives supporting the associated project plan to ensure successful implementation.
You will report to the Beverage Director.
You Will:
- Act as a primary integration point for F&B Operations for the site in building and implementing non-alcoholic, beer, wine, and spirits beverage program initiatives.
- Proactively identify and project manage optimization and transformation opportunities that support various types of business across Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts
- Understand, assess, and identify emerging products and equipment, industry best practices, and project management tools, to proactively create solutions and recommendations to achieve desired operational and financial outcomes.
- Partner with teams to evaluate the sustainment of change efforts, as well as policy relevance efficiency.
- Partner with the Optimization and Standardization teams to understand business process performance by leveraging reporting and feedback.
- Partner with sourcing to identify products, substitutions and ensures a diverse program.
- Maintain a visible presence across operations to observe, identify, analyze, support implementation, and assess sustainment of efforts.
- Partner with the concept and development manager to update standards, recipes, and process data.
You Have:
- Two (2)+ years experience in project management, developing and leading large-scale projects and change.
- In-depth experience and knowledge in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and building beverage programs.
- Proven ability to lead and influence change across an organization, including influencing audiences across all levels within a multi-faceted organization.
- Comfortable facilitating presentations for Operations teams and Executive Leadership
- Exceptional relationship-building and integration skills.
- End-to-end change efforts related to recipe development and implementation.
- Expertise in business acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Wine, Spirits, or Cicerone Certifications
- 10 + Years of experience within the Beverage Industry
