Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Program Manager and other stakeholders to shape and refine the team's processes and frameworks.

Proven experience and expertise in Lean and Agile continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong practitioner skills, with the ability to analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable strategies.

Experience in designing performance management and development programs at fast growing companies

Plans and leads short- and long-term planning for developmental programs including training, performance management, succession planning and other developmental programs.

Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources.

Creates, implements, and manages people development strategies and processes.

Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.

Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Facilitate change management initiatives associated with organizational design changes, including communication and training.

Design and implement change management initiatives to support the adoption of new organizational structures, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Analyze workforce capabilities and skill gaps, providing recommendations for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational design and change management, incorporating relevant insights into the company's practices.

Change management expertise, including the ability to facilitate and guide employees through organizational transitions.

Proven project management skills, including identifying and escalating issues and/or potential risks

Experience in developing and implementing change management, learning and training initiatives and communications planning.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint and learning management systems. Experience in LITMOS preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Demonstrated understanding of HR Business Partner/People Partner practices including organization design, talent strategy, performance management, change management, training and development.

5 years of progressive Human Resources, People Operations, people partnering or other relevant experience

Use expert knowledge in the field of change management, team development or organizational development to propose recommended solutions and identify measures.

Support TLOD Partner and HRBPs and to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Change Management, Team development & OD solutions.

Management of assigned Change and OD processes, including definition and monitoring of KPIs and continuous improvement of the process.

Project management and coordination: lead assigned projects and processes

Manage Change Management and OD vendors of the assigned Change and OD projects or processes

Lead implementation of assigned change management initiatives in the HR area (e.g. Workday, HR Transformation, Bonus Harmonization)

Use expert knowledge in the field of change management, team development or organizational development to propose recommended solutions and identify measures.

Support TLOD Partner and HRBPs and to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Change Management, Team development & OD solutions.

Management of assigned Change and OD processes, including definition and monitoring of KPIs and continuous improvement of the process.

Project management and coordination: lead assigned projects and processes
