Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant Manager who will work closely with our clients to analyze their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions to enhance organizational performance. This role requires a deep understanding of process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 6 -10 years of relevant experience in management consulting and a proven track record of delivering impactful results. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in process management, data analytics, and organizational design. 
  • Lead and manage projects, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of optimization. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Develop and implement strategic recommendations to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and overall organizational performance. 
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to clients and senior management. 
  • Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements, facilitate change management, and drive consensus among stakeholders. 
  • Design and implement organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

  • Flexibility to travel to client sites as required. 
  • 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on process management, data analytics, organizational design, and general management consultant skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 
  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proven experience leading and managing consulting projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and client management. 
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms. 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and team members. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. 

Job Location

Synergetics works with clients across different locations.  Position is considered remote, however, travel to client sight will be required based on your assignment.  Access within one hour of an international airport is required.
