Global Transportation Management System (GTMS) experience preferred

Assist with local export requirements as needed (AES, legalization, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree equivalence in Supply Chain, Transportation/Logistics preferred or comparable experience

At least 4 years' experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain

Analytics Software knowledge (Tableau, Power BI)

Compliance Analyst II Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience with regulatory compliance or civil or criminal enforcement.

Ability to synthesize information and develop recommendations for management based on an analysis of the information.

Review submitted information to ensure compliance with criminal violation requirements, foreign ownership and control, and notices of changes.

At least 5 years of regulatory experience.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Risk and Compliance Analyst II

· Respond to Data Subject Request (DSR) inquiries related to GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws

Will evaluate toward the end of the year to determine if this will be extended another year. Hybrid onsite/remote.

The first 30 days of remote work will be limited.

After training, I will have 2 days remote/per week.

ARDX Import/Export Compliance Auditor Skills needed:

Assist with the management, planning, coordination, administration, and execution of all programs within Compliance.

Must be proficient in the skill of technical writing (5 years experience)

This is a fully REMOTE position*

Must have five-plus years of specialized experience in the duties described above

Paid professional certification (after 6 months of employment) up to $2,500

Interpret existing procedures, regulations, and USMS policies related to Compliance program activities.

Interacting and communicating directly with clients under the supervision of a project manager

3-5 years of environmental health and safety consulting experience

Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (Stormwater, Wastewater, Air, EPCRA, RCRA, etc.)

Experience with federal and state workers' safety regulations (OSHA, etc.) is a plus

Experience with Air emissions modeling (Aermod and BEEST), or strong interest in air emissions data evaluation and modeling

Experience with federal and state environmental reporting software

Articulate gaps in performance or capabilities between customer requirements and APLL service performance to all account stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, International Business, or similar field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Escalate all legal, business or financial risk immediately, report issues with account status to the appropriate managers

Responsible for meeting transportation and customer service requirements.

Immediately report problems, operation issues or discrepancies to your manager and team members.

Maintains knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

Offers guidance on implementing regulatory changes

Communicates detailed requirements to LOB, validate solution approach and monitor status

Monitors LOB compliance activities to verify that regulatory compliance deadlines and requirements are met

Comprehensive knowledge of at least one substantive area of compliance, such as banking regulations, anti-money laundering, or anti-corruption

Monitors and communicates regulatory changes that impact FIS products, services and business activities
