The Logistics and Compliance Analyst II – North America Transportation manage and execute in delivering YETI's shipment to North America customers and facilities. This role will work closely with cross functional teams that includes fulfillment, procurement, planning, finance, and new product development. This role will be key to ensure that YETI's shipments have a robust tracking and tracing process, comply with domestic and international regulations, and highest standards for carrier services and performance. With an eye for detail and seamless execution, this role will help deliver a highly predictable supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with suppliers, cross functional teams, and customers to achieve final inbound delivery support as needed
  • Lead and support transportation project activities in coordination into new markets, suppliers and/or transportation lanes
  • Manage and execute tracking and tracking shipments for various transportation modes that including truckload, LTL, cross-border, Parcel, and Air
  • Create, develop, and report data visualization performance KPI's/Financials
  • Responsible for Commercial Invoices creation for domestic and international shipments as needed
  • Maintain accurate tracking and tracing reports that drive data to multiple internal and external cross functional teams
  • Support Customer Service and Carriers with transportation documentation needs (e.g., BOL, POD SLI, SED, hazardous declarations).
  • Responsible for overseeing daily planning, tracking and execution of YETI's North America shipments.
  • Support and lead in building out Canada's direct carrier relationship and agreements
  • Assist with local export requirements as needed (AES, legalization, etc.)

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, multi-task, and use time effectively. Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Global Transportation Management System (GTMS) experience preferred
  • Analytics Software knowledge (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to interact effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree equivalence in Supply Chain, Transportation/Logistics preferred or comparable experience
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferred
  • Knowledge of N.A. transportation operation processes (TL, LTL, Parcel, Cross-border) with high analytical proficiencies
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • At least 4 years' experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain
  • Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Decisions based on fact and analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively

US Workplace Approach:

  • Remote: Role is full-time remote.
  • Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
  • Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
