Statistical and analytical problem solving; database management skills

2 years management or leadership role

Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or distribution operations with a least 2 years in a leadership/management role

Ability to demonstrate quantitative, visual, mechanical and spatial skills related to manufacturing knowledge and technical skill in addition to logical reasoning

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities along with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills required

Proven Problem-Solving Skills and Application

Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor

Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink

Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries

Six (6) months of experience as a Cocktail and/or Food Server in a similar environment

Experience working in a similar resort setting

Knowledgeable of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, and coolers, slicers and beverage machines

Help coordinate and lead trainer trainings, recertifications, and annual events.

REMOTE WORK: The option to work partially remote is available after 1 year of employment

Promote and expand the Adopt-a-Stream program. Develop, update, and distribute program materials.

Keep immediate supervisor appraised of program progress, activities, and issues.

2+ years of experience in product management, product development, and shipping quality, impactful products, with evidence of exceptional ability.

Work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to improve the efficiency of our internal users while improving customer experience.

Manage incoming operational escalations, analyze issues, and implement long-term solutions through self-serve tools.

Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent in experience.

Knowledge of Traditional Baccarat, preferably with experience playing the game

1+ year on-camera experience as a live-streamer/social media influencer, etc.

Excellent communication skills in English and additional languages relevant to project

Be scheduled or on call for the hours listed above

Players will be on camera and stream in 3-hour blocks with the potential to stream more than one block/day

Work closely with Avantage staff and contractors regarding all aspects of planning and production
