- Maintain ongoing sample requests from cross functional teams; organize and manage sample closets.
- Conduct research on potential licensing, collaboration, and partnership partners and trends.
- Help facilitate communication between internal and external design leads, following up on individual category design requests.
- Distribute seasonal trend information prepared by in-house design teams.
- Schedule and attend all seasonal development reviews from initial concepts to final approvals for each category based on development calendars. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, printed materials, and manage attendee lists.
- Ensure all product approvals are tracked and documented.
- Update and uphold product development and market calendars.
- Maintain brand tool kits and creative guideline standards by category.
- Coordinate creative sample loans for seasonal photo shoots, special projects, PDP images, and presentation needs.
- Manage projects in Workfront, provide support to Licensees on Workfront submissions, ensuring they adhere to Creative feedback timelines.
- Initiate and manage all incoming marketing and creative project requests with internal marketing and creative teams, following the projects through to final approval. This includes marketing/PR needs, packaging, showroom supports, POS and In-Store Visuals.
- Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication between partners and TUMI cross functional teams.
- Maintain licensee and internal directories, door distribution, seasonal line sheet, sku setups, and brand standard documents.
- Assist with planning and support of Licensee Business Reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of business reviews, presentations, market recaps, weekly selling information.
- Organize files on digital service and maintain department organization
- Support day- to- day communications with licensees.
- Develop working relationship with Merchandising/ DTC teams.
- Passionate, collaborative, and a team player, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Creative, with an eye for trend, innovation, and market analysis.
- 3+ Years of licensing industry experience
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and desired interest to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree
