Job Summary:

Are you looking for a fun and rewarding career? As the Sales and Licensing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for both driving revenue through strategic licensing partnerships and executing effective sales strategies. This multifaceted position involves managing existing licensing relationships, securing new business partnerships, and overseeing sales efforts to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a background in licensing sales, marketing, or brand strategy, coupled with a strong ability to build and maintain business relationships.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Communicate proactively and effectively with leadership and team members to address and resolve issues.
  • Oversee the follow-up on inquiries & requests from current licensees.
  • Promote and educate media partners about ViralHog, our content, and licensing options.
  • Train the team to implement effective sales improvement plans.
  • Source content from our library to pitch to partners based on their specific needs.
  • Conduct research to identify new licensees and product categories.
  • Lead negotiations and close new licensing deals.
  • Perform outreach and deliver presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to provide our partners and clients first-class customer service.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with brands, business customers, and licensees.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to meet company sales targets.
  • Manage renewal conversations and execute renewal contracts.
  • Supervise a team of Licensing Renewal Specialists.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of licensing industry trends and best practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Previous experience in licensing sales, corporate sales, marketing, advertising, or brand strategy.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
