Legal Operations Lead Jobs in Indiana

Thorough knowledge and proficiency with PC software programs e.g., word, excel, database management, PowerPoint, PowerBI

Experience with Passport eBilling and matter management system

Prepare check requests, enters invoices into the matter management system and handle incoming checks for deposit

Resolve billing issues by working across multiple teams such as Vendor Setup, Accounts Payable and Finance

Manage the outside counsel scorecard and reporting

Manage accruals, including running and delivering monthly eBilling accrual reports

Support the scoping of business requirements for a contract management system for sales, finance, real estate, NDA contracts, etc.

Support the evaluation of contract management system vendors

Support contract management system design and implementation

Provide ongoing contract management support, first manually and then via system

Document management support for legal team

Enterprise risk management infrastructure support – minutes, dashboard update collection
