Legal Operations Lead Jobs in Florida

Leverage the necessary IT, active directory, and other mobile management systems to gain access to corporate assets for forensic/preservation imaging

Demonstrable experience with forensic collections tools such as EnCase, FTK, and Cellebrite

Implement and manage preservation in place/legal holds in O365 by leveraging the O365 Purview Security and Compliance functionality

Demonstrable experience with forensically imaging corporate issued devices (e.g., laptop hard drives, mobile phones)

Must possess detailed project planning and organizational skills

Experience managing client expectations and working with clients to minimize risk exposure

At least 5 years’ prior experience in corporate law, operations, project or program management preferably in a global setting.

At least 10 years’ prior experience in corporate law, operations, project or program management preferably in a global setting.

Champion change management and communication within the department and with internal stakeholders and others.

Identify core and extended project team with the right level and type of experience.

Anticipate and identify industry developments and advancements; and ensuring continuous improvement in the department’s technological capabilities and identifying potential solutions.

Familiarity with contract terms and conditions. Experience managing IT projects in complex global environments.

Excellent organization and time management skills

Experience with assisting with the preparation of responses to discovery requests

Experience managing dockets and attorney calendars

Strong knowledge of legal terminology and ability to apply this knowledge to daily work

Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite

Strong written and oral communication skills
