Significant experience Legal & Legal Operations

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and project management skills, with superior attention to detail

Assist senior corporate paralegal on corporate governance and entity management matters

Assist with Litigation Management (primarily oversight of outside counsel) as needed

Manage external vendor and outside counsel spend

Effectively organize and manage relevant organizational documents, contracts, policies and other agreements to best prepare company for an IPO or sale

Identify training opportunities, facilitate education on best practices, and create department-specific guidelines and policies

Investor and IP management, related to Hopper’s business units in all global markets. This is primarily a remote position.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

Experience in reviewing and navigating complex contracts.
