Work with Finance to assist with collecting any payments and required documentation and certifications owed KidStrong, Inc. by the franchisee

3-5+ years of prior franchise experience required

Candidates must have prior experience supporting franchisees in a B2B concept

Sales and Marketing (i.e. Outside sales skills, E-marketing, digital, and database)

Build franchisee relationships influencing franchisees to meet and exceed standards

Provide sound marketing and business planning advice through regularly scheduled review calls, triage coaching calls and on-site visits

Excellent relationship, change management, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, or other relevant discipline

Detailed business process knowledge across multiple business domains such as Finance, Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Research & Development and Business Development.

Working knowledge with IT software evaluation, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

Experience with SAP and the functional modules supporting the business functions of this role preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience with sales, marketing, or e-commerce teams.

− Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) framework

− Build Tableau dashboard to enhance analysis of learning data from learning management system

− Time management, ability to meet tight deadlines

− Manage metrics for new-hire learning program

− Excellent Excel and data analysis skills

− Strong organizational and communication skills
