Communicate openly with Employment Specialist regarding client performance, behavior and other concerns. Complete performance charts and documentation requirements as requested.

Requires Associate degree, or High School Diploma/GED and 6 months experience.

Experience with Identity Management/Access Control;

Advanced experience using Microsoft AzureDevOps to plan and manage sprints, develop forecasts and reporting (burndowns, etc.);

Provides continuous education to the scrum team on agile methodology.

Manage scrum team conflicts while keeping the product on track within the agreed-upon budget.

Experience with DevOps and/or automation;

Forecast the numbers of scrum deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred

Must have a minimum of 3 months relevant work experience in a medical setting or documented completion of 180 extern hours.

Perform manual vitals, routine blood draws, administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections per the provider's request.

Maintain lab equipment, documentation of all lab results and quality controls.

Runs labs in-house or having them ready to be run at another facility with proper labs ordered for each patient.

Weekly inventory, ordering, and communication among others.
