At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment

Management of all back of house staff in a high volume kitchen, including ongoing training , development, and follow up

5 years' culinary experience in established restaurants and catering companies.

Experience in asian cuisine and/or production kitchens preferred

ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required.
