Theater and teaching experience a plus, but not required

Work 3-8 hours per week in the afternoon and early evening

Teach and mentor students from 4 to 17 years of age

Follow provided world-renowned lesson plans on speech, movement & acting

Build relationships with parents and students

2 years of management or supervisory experience

Successfully complete and pass Kids Manager Certification

Completes the hiring process and manages the Assistant(s), Supervisor(s) while providing training, feedback, coaching, and direction

First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire

1 year of experience teaching or working in a children’s program

Ensures team members initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members and their children

Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work

First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire

Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work

Customer service and strong communication skills

Engages children in interactive activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games

Demonstrated project management capabilities with the desire and ability to learn and develop additional project management skills

Manage the processes of recruitment, appointment, and promotion for departmental faculty and related positions

Manage projects, information, and departmental communications as needed

3+ years of financial or healthcare experience

Coordinate the Pediatric Grand Rounds event series

Facilitate departmental functions including faculty wellness, symposia, and patient events

Is incredibly detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills

Implementing SEO best practices while keeping reader experience in mind

Has 1-2 years of experience writing search-friendly and strategic content in the consumer home, gifts and/or kids categories

Has formal experience testing products specifically in the home, gifts and/or kids spaces (preferred)

Writing updates, plus fact-checking and optimizing top-performing content in designated categories, as assigned by the updates editor

Identifying and executing on areas of improvement within published content

Experience working with the customer to identify and refine business requirements and perform related requirements analysis

Professional work experience in developing mainframe applications using COBOL and JCL

Professional work experience with relational database design and development (such as DB2 or SQL Server)

Professional work experience in developing distributed web applications using Java or .NET

Professional work experience with technologies like CICS or IBM MQ Series

Work experience with complex systems in any of the following industries: insurance, government or health care

Knowledge of appropriate activities for various age levels – including skill and ability to implement curriculum

Activities may include arts and crafts, gym time, games, enrichment activities, reading, nature education, etc.

Experience leading and supervising children

Strong organizational and child supervision skills

Work with infants to age 10 in a diverse group setting

Organize and lead a variety of activities appropriate for infants to age 10 children

2 years of management or supervisory experience
