They are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, as well as the people and items within it. They may also be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and the general maintenance of the property. Detailed Job Description A Keeper is responsible for the security and safety of a property or facility. This includes monitoring the property for any suspicious activity, responding to any alarms or security breaches, and ensuring that all visitors and personnel are properly identified and authorized. They may also be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, such as mowing the lawn, trimming trees, and removing debris. They may also be responsible for the general maintenance of the property, such as checking for leaks, repairing broken items, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
