About Our Client
Our client is an established construction company seeking a skilled Office Manager and Full Charge Book Keeper to assist with their growing needs.

  • Input payroll for manager approval; run payroll
  • Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, 1096, 1099, W-2's etc.) when needed
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Administration of quarterly business and payroll taxes
  • Oversees vendor management and outsourcing
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Maintain required business documents
  • Managing all aspects of accounting, including A/R and A/P.
  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Assists with the processes of payroll and tax liabilities
  • Multiple Bank reconciliations
  • Assists with employee benefits
  • General knowledge of Payroll/HR
  • Assemble, organize and maintain paper and electronic records.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports, journal entries, as needed
  • Input and bills for Manager to review; pay bills
  • Mail-out / File / Scan documents.
  • Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Call on late invoices

The Successful Applicant
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (3 years minimum experience) Online a plus, but not required.
  • 2 plus years Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
