Advisory support to internal clients regarding licensing new software and related products for use in selling or servicing mortgages Freddie Mac

Corporate Governance: Draft board resolutions for 180+ subsidiaries as needed. Maintain corporate records and manage state filings.

Litigation: Manage broad litigation docket and manage outside counsel on strategy and cost. Analyze trends and risks.

2. Contract Negotiation and Management

Manage patent enforcement activities in collaboration with patent pool licensors and affiliates.

Substantial experience (typically 10+ years) as an attorney, with a focus on intellectual property law, licensing, and contract negotiation.

In-depth knowledge of patent law, licensing agreements, and related legal frameworks.

Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in managing and coordinating litigation related to patent licensing is highly desirable.
