Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Redmond, WA - onsite

Responsibilities:

As a manager, the responsible Individual would set priorities for the team, drive metrics and be responsible for results. You would also be responsible to mentor, develop and supervise employees in a manufacturing environment. Long term plan would be to formalize operating policies and procedures, establish strategic plans to ensure targets and schedules are met with established quality and target cost objectives. You would also be responsible for safety of personnel, company assets, and the customer environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline. Preferably EE or Mechanical with 10+ years’ experience in managing technicians and engineers in a semiconductor manufacturing or engineering field

• Willing to work onsite in Redmond, WA

• Prior experience managing both onsite and remote teams

• Experience working with / managing teams that have worked with lithography, Wets & Deps, Materials Eng, inspection and metrology and test equipment would be an added advantage

• Analytical skills, including structured problem solving • Sense of ownership including understanding sense of urgency

• Building formal teams and task teams.

• Good Communication skills

• Fluency with Office Tools - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
