Create and execute comprehensive communications plans to support organizational initiatives, announcements and change management efforts.

Bachelors' degree or combination of applicable education and work experience.

Ability to influence and counsel senior management.

Experience equipping staff with resources to serve as effective organizational ambassadors

Excellent interpersonal, planning and time management skills

Working closely with the senior team as part of the management response, focused on the role of employees in engaging clients

Leading and developing a high-performing team, building individual skills and team capabilities

Experience of five plus years of employee engagement /internal communications

We are currently looking to hire an Internal Control Manager based remotely

Manage staff through control walkthroughs, testing, review and align results with the business.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related, advanced degree preferred.

Testing planning to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely alignment with business stakeholders.

Expert people and project management skills

Experienced understanding and application of manufacturing principles governed by current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and solid knowledge of worldwide regulatory requirements

Expert knowledge of quality risk assessment and management methodologies, including successful application and risk remediation.

Serve as a key business partner to senior manufacturing management teams focusing on strategic issues across multiple sites.

Regularly interact with Gilead’s senior management and Quality Assurance on matters concerning quality.

Extensive knowledge and experience in quality in highly regulated manufacturing environments is required.

Manages sales activities for all Control states

Directly manages and develops RSMs and broader sales teams within the region

Develop and manage pricing opportunities, distributor pricing and margins, scan and DA effectiveness and competitive price reports

Point person for all NABCA events including annual conference

Lead the development and implementation of brand programming and key performance indicators for the division

Pro-actively identify and communicate new brand / channel opportunities.Seamlessly integrate new brand acquisitions into the Division

Evaluate internal control for administrative functions and achieve compliance with new regulations.

Define and/or coordinate policies and procedures for retail and administrative functions in compliance with LVMH Group standards and external regulations.

Enhance operational efficiency by performing organizational reviews and proposing process improvements. Areas to be reviewed include all retail and administrative functions.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis and make recommendations to remediate or enhance internal control and improve company profitability.

As the Director, Internal Control you will responsible for:

Direct, plan, develop, establish, implement, and administer the personnel and HR management function in accordance with the objectives of the organization

Facilitate the performance management process by partnering with client groups and senior leaders

Provide effective performance management coaching, insights, and feedback to clients to influence appropriate and objective outcomes

Bachelor s Degree and ten years of experience or equivalent education and related experience

Leverage knowledge of employee concerns and the client s business strategy to drive decision-making

Apply root cause problems solving skills to help clients diagnose and solve problems

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 7 years of auditing experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Well organized, with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to craft and implement customized procedures.

Proficient in audit procedures and methodologies.

7+ years of financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance preferred

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

Create a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols

Engage with control colleagues across the firm, business, operations management, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators and technology control functions

Review and analyze program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) to support business-related programs and strategies
