Possess project and time management skills to support cross-functional initiatives simultaneously

Experience building actionable data visualizations using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

Be inherently driven, analytical, and detail-oriented

Establish rapport and collaborate effectively with others whom they have no direct authority over

Facilitation of data driven decision making by designing management dashboards with predictive analytics (machine learning)

Creation of PowerBI dashboards presentations functioning as a decision-making tool for the management team

Strong analytical and communication skills

Advanced analytics software knowledge for statistical modelling required (Python/R/SPSS for statistical modelling

Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle etc)

Knowledge/Interest Microsoft Azure tools/services would be beneficial (data bricks, machine learning, AI)

Organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Create daily, weekly and monthly reports*

Communicate with third parties on a daily basis*

• Knowledge of relational database concepts, proficiency with SQL, experience in R, SAS, or similar language

• Demonstrated experience working with various business intelligence and data visualization tools.

• Experience with AWS ecosystem.

• Advanced degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience with strong business acumen

• Experience working with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

• Experience with visualization tools like Qlik View/Qlik Sense and/or Tableau

Assist with data entry and cleansing, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

Basic Microsoft SQL query skills a plus

Basic Tableau skills a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Assist Customer Analyst with administrative CRM tasks

Assist management in forecasting sales demands to maximize production efficiencies

Provide general support to the wider Customer Development team, for example:

Provide ROI analysis for promotions & events run with clients and provide future recommendations
