The summer 2023 Internship Program is from June 5 – August 11 and is open to students based in the continental US; (This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship). This position is in Herndon, VA.

Role: Business Analytics Intern

The Customer Experience Strategy organization at Volkswagen Credit is responsible for the ongoing development and growth of our customer marketing and digital experiences for the United States and Canada in support of our strategies. The organization has four primary functional areas the Intern will be working within: Marketing Performance Management and Insights; Customer Journeys and User Experience; Platform Delivery; and Customer Relationship Marketing and Data Operations.

The Intern will report into the Marketing Performance Management and Insights team and will support ongoing quantitative and predictive insights strategies of the current Business priorities. This could include marketing campaign analysis, audience segmentation, or hypothesis driven business cases development. Additionally, this could include research activities such as user studies or customer interviews to further validate quantitative insights.

Responsibilities and tasks may include:

  • Creating business report templates for the team’s ongoing use
  • Creating business cases for new ideas to be socialized across the organization
  • Developing analysis and data visualizations for presentations

Supporting customer research and user insights development


Must be an undergraduate junior/rising senior enrolled in an accredited educational institution with at least a 3.0 GPA
