Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS),

Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.

0-2 years' experience. Previous experience in Quality performing inspection. Prior medical device component inspection experience preferred.

Experience with optical measurement equipment, hand tools, gages, pressure and force gage testing.

Training in blueprint reading and experience with inspection sampling techniques.

Support special projects as assigned by management

Maintain compliance with the company’s quality management system through training and adherence to policies, procedures and work instructions.

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs management (special projects)

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

Minimum of five (5) years previous Quality Control (QC) and/or Quality Assurance (QA)experience required.

Previous experience working in a regulated medical device manufacturing plant

Makes minor adjustments or repairs accepts, rejects items, or reroutes for rework based on established guidelines and knowledge of production techniques.

Compiles and maintains quality requirements documentation.

4-6 Years work experience required

Performs varied product inspections, generally of in-process sub-assemblies, finished goods, components, incoming materials, by observing, measuring, and recording data.

May participate in qualification/verification of assays

Minimum of zero to two years of relevant work experience

Familiarity with cGMP, manufacturing, instrument operations, troubleshooting and data entry

Perform routine analysis and testing in a GMP environment

Assay and documentation review and report writing

Maintain personal training records. Attend all required training. May be responsible to provide training as applicable.
