Degree in Engineering or evidence of experience and exceptional ability

Experience in a fast-paced and changing work environment, with busy workloads and meeting deadlines

Automotive Experience 3+ year and Supplier’s Audits

ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, TQP standards working experience

Minimum of 5 years building experience in New Home Construction.

Well-rounded knowledge of all phases of home building ground up.

Knowledge of local building codes/regulations.

Uphold quality standards throughout the full process of all new home construction.

Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards.

Identify areas that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

Minimum 1-3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance is desirable

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Perform incoming material inspections in a timely manner

Perform First Article inspections on manuals

Required Qualifications - Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Performs examinations, inspections, or tests as required by project management and/or client/owner.

Provides technical assistance to project management in selecting optimum construction procedures and/or techniques to meet project specifications.

Coordinates examination, inspection, and test plans with project management and client representatives.

Minimum of 3 years experience

Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors

• Informs management regarding non- conforming material or products.

• High school degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Complies with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements at all times.

• Must have at least one year of laboratory or shipping experience.

• Perform accurate data entry operations.
