SUPERVISOR IT TRAINING

This is a full-time, salary/exempt position on UCHealth's IT Training team. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home opportunity but you must reside in Colorado. Regional travel will be required.

Job Duties

• Responsible for traveling to all system sites to supervise employees within their application scope. Supervises the training team members around advanced support and troubleshooting to end users and the Epic Help Desk Teams. Mentors, coaches and provides advanced guidance and training to other team members.
• Sets standards around planning, development, implementation, support, and rounding for the Epic applications. Activities may include data collection, cataloging of gathered information and documentation of the processes to bring to leadership for discussion/decisions.
• Ensures that all team members are trained to perform their job function as team members.
• Monitors employee productivity, competence, morale and utilization including involvement in hiring, evaluating performance, allocating resources, monitoring and counseling staff as well as initiating progressive discipline as necessary.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with Epic applications
• 3 years of training experience in a lead role
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• 2+ years of successful leadership experience

The pay range for this position is: $37.04 - $55.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
