Impact Evaluation Design Specialist Jobs in Arkansas

3+ years’ experience, ideally in content-related roles (e.g., social media management, content moderation, content curation, etc.)

Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to promptly address content-related challenges and discrepancies.

Closely monitor our content library, adhering to established protocols to maintain a consistently excellent customer experience

Manage effective communication with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and transparency.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity and interest in online, social- or community-based experiences (e.g., forums, product reviews, social media) where everyday people can post content

Building out assigned tasks and affiliated project responsibilities into a project management platform (e.g. Asana) to ensure task completion and follow-thru

Provide support to research projects managed by the DesImp team, including IRB support to sponsored research

Create, manage, and deploy stat requests from external JED teams to Design & Impact team to ensure efficient and suitable responses/support

Completing duties/tasks as assigned by the Sr. Director, DesImp, as assigned

Attend team and organizational meetings are needed

Note taking/summarizing in team and organizational meetings as needed

Liaise with and manage vendors who help with survey programming and reporting

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with qualitative analysis software packages like NVivo, Dedoose or ATLAS.ti a plus

Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to build and refine processes to track and measure outcomes for new and ongoing initiatives

Analyze survey results and make recommendations to help improve survey response rate, inform strategy and enhance the programs being served

Being the primary liaison to schools for survey instrument data collection and general project management

Support the creation and management of school OneDrive folders including populating with necessary documents, adding school data, and facilitating lead access.

General database management of the JED Data Center software platform that facilitates all data collection activities for JED High School

Building out tasks and assigned projects into a project management platform (e.g. Asana) to ensure task completion and follow-thru

Create, manage, and deploy stat requests from external JED teams to Design & Impact team to ensure efficient and suitable responses/support

Master’s Degree or 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred

Organizational and project management skills - preferably experience in project management

Build, manage and report on institutional evaluations such as student surveys, institutional services evaluations, climate surveys, etc.

Implement and manage live surveys, ensuring any inconsistencies or issues are resolved in a timely manner

Analyze evaluation data and prepare top line findings for governance review of courses and clerkships

Experience with basic evaluation and survey programs such as Excel, SPSS, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics is required.

Written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Support project management of I&L-led initiatives, including management of workplans, meeting facilitation, and interdepartmental coordination.

Assist I&L Senior Manager with organizational capacity building on I&L skills, including through development of I&L trainings for organization.

Knowledge of Qualtrics (or similar survey platform)

Experience developing effective, accurate, and compelling data visualizations

Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a virtual environment

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
