We are looking for a Content Evaluation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers through the evaluation and analysis of visual content, including videos and photos. This role offers high visibility within a strategically significant and rapidly growing business. You will be a dedicated resource for identifying, evaluating, and addressing content-related issues, particularly during the launch of our highly prominent Inspire Feed experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly review a vast array of content that reaches millions of customers to identify emerging trends, potential issues, and valuable insights.
- Manage effective communication with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Familiarize yourself with the content publishing procedures and guidelines, ensuring that newly added content aligns with our quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to promptly address content-related challenges and discrepancies.
- Closely monitor our content library, adhering to established protocols to maintain a consistently excellent customer experience
- Produce comprehensive reports that serve as critical inputs for our Product, Engineering, and Executive teams, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Efficiently route questions and issues to the appropriate internal teams within the organization, ensuring timely resolution.
- Gather and analyze data from customer reports to gain insights into content performance and customer sentiment.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to communicate problems, propose solutions, and assist in the implementation of improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Diligent work ethic
- Comfortable handling a high volume of work on a daily basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong personal integrity
- Familiarity and interest in online, social- or community-based experiences (e.g., forums, product reviews, social media) where everyday people can post content
- Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel
- 3+ years’ experience, ideally in content-related roles (e.g., social media management, content moderation, content curation, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
