Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting eCommerce initiatives with a specific focus on merchandising, including catalog management & assisting to improve product presentation, navigation & cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to maximize sell-thru.
Essential Functions:
- Work with cross functional teams (i.e., Marketing/Design and Licensing) for marketing efforts based on key brand initiatives, seasonality, trends, product and design launches, and overall company objectives
- Leverage analytics to drive conversion. Analyze product & design catalog sell-thru per campaign and on monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
- Provide guidance, recommendations, and coordinate merchandising changes for upcoming releases. Launch products/designs/collections per company and/or channel launch plan.
- Work with other internal departments and/or external vendors to prepare inventory needs and resolve order issues.
- Support and optimize product assortment, including gathering assets, product set-up, product information, category information, optimization, and website merchandising.
- Manage product catalog information, presentation, and search (i.e., Keywords, inventory dates, product descriptions & titles, images, navigation, etc.).
- Provide quality assurance, troubleshoot, test, and support the launch of new products and ensure resolution to all reported online issues from appropriate resources

Experience and Skills:
- Must be deadline driven and operate with strong sense of urgency.
- 1 year of online marketing/merchandising experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with all levels of the organization and has a team-oriented work ethic.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills.
- Understanding of Internet as a commerce channel, trends, and user behaviors.
- Possess the desire, ability, and knowledge to ensure that our merchandising initiatives are the most current, help identify merchandising needs and/or development opportunities to align with our overall ecommerce strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
- 4-year degree from a college or university is preferred.
- Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Positive attitude with a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
