Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in Human Resources? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Human Resources Specialist!
Overview The Human Resources Specialist Entry Level is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks. The Human Resources Specialist Entry Level will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing support to the HR team. Detailed Job Description• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and other HR-related documents.
• Assist with employee relations issues, such as responding to employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Provide support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing events.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks, such as conducting performance reviews and administering employee benefits.
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.
• Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution.
Job Experience
• Previous experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.
