Overview The Human Resource Specialist Disa is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. This position is responsible for ensuring that all HR processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are knowledgeable about policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and morale.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Professional Human Resources certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of employee relations and benefits administration.
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources role.
