OR- Two (2) years of full-time experience determining eligibility for health programs, loans, financial assistance, unemployment, or other benefits;

Enter and retrieve numerical and narrative data and issue benefits from an automated computer system.

Analyze financial and eligibility information to determine initial or continuing eligibility for multiple aid programs.

Ensure accuracy and completion of application and declaration forms.

Resolve discrepancies by securing documentation, medical records, and confirmation from other agencies.

Evaluate clients for and answer questions on Advanced Payment Tax Credits related to health care reform.

Western: La Sierra Riverside, Jurupa, Norco

Mid-County: Perris, Lake Elsinore, Temecula, Hemet, Moreno Valley

Southern Region (Elsinore, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee) of Riverside County.

Determine eligibility in accordance with established procedures; dictate or record information for case records.

Interpret program regulations and other pertinent material to applicants, recipients, and the general public.

Compute amount of grant authorized and perform other similar required computations.

Incubate new programs, initiatives, and mixed income housing developments that further our production and preservation activities.
