Oversee hotel departments to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality are provided to hotel guests.

Oversee the property accounting functions including but not limited to Accounts payable and receivable, house bank audits, petty cash, and tax.

Prior experience with POS and Hotel management systems

Develop a management process that balances the highest service standards with efficiency and cost-consciousness

Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management preferred

Provide leadership to the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations managers.

Manage all aspects of the property in the absence of the Managing Director

10 years of ultra-luxury hospitality experience required

Bachelors Degree focused in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Marketing Or Industry Experience equivalent.

Excellent communication skills including written communications, speaking, and presentation development and delivery.

Excellent knowledge of the travel industry, the various distribution channels, and global B2C and B2B leading companies.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Effective project manager who gets things done with minimal guidance.

Expert level experience required for: Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).

·Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in the hotel industry required

·Hold a monthly financial review with all department managers, and available supervisors

·Develop managers for future advancement through competency training and corporate sponsored training programs

·Exceptional customer service skills required
