Hotel Overnight Manager Jobs in Arkansas

Track / report portfolio performance and forecast future revenue, in liaison with the Global Revenue Management (GRM) Team

Minimum of 2 years experience in coaching and developing staff

Excellent relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills at all levels.

Consultative selling & negotiation skills with proven track record in driving successful negotiations

A solid understanding and knowledge of the hotel and/or travel supplier industry

Strong oral and written communications skills including interest in formal presentations.

Perform data entry and maintain data and statistics to track the effectiveness and impact of hotline services.

Previous experience working at a social service agency, nonprofit, or similar organization is a plus.

Previous experience working with complex systems.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Functions well as a team member in a small office environment, remotely and in person.

Remote work with some in-person interaction with staff and colleagues.
