Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.

Oversee the delivery of outsourced software development projects and managed services, ensuring high-quality results within agreed timelines and budgets.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals, including project managers, software developers, and technical support staff.

• Experience running fundraising initiatives of $10 Million or greater using proper financial compliance/management.

• Ensure the organization's financial stability through sound financial management practices, budget oversight, and fiscal accountability.

• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and effective resource allocation.

GRACE Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

·Mobilize the mission and vision of GRACE into realistic and measurable action.

5 or more years of non-profit management experience in an operational environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in management, urban planning, economic development, business or public administration, or a related field required.

Understanding of human resources and personnel management.

At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in economic development, community development, planning or a related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Delegation, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of the energy sector are strongly preferred.

Experience with projects related to permitting, grants, dredging, regulatory issues and ideally public/private partnerships preferred.

Proven experience as a visionary thinker with the ability to translate high level goals into achievable objectives and action plans.

Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
