GRACE Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The heart of GRACE, a non-profit organization located in Grapevine, Texas, is to show compassion for those less fortunate by providing assistance to individuals and families in need. GRACE is seeking to hire an experienced individual to lead the organization. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership, overseeing operations, and creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organization’s mission, vision, and values. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·Mobilize the mission and vision of GRACE into realistic and measurable action.
·Collaborate with department leaders to optimize program outcomes, manage resources, and improve overall performance.
·Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial resources for GRACE's programs and operations.
·Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations to expand funding opportunities.
·Serve as the public face of GRACE and actively engage with stakeholders, community leaders, and government agencies.
·Build strategic partnerships with other organizations, businesses, and government entities to maximize impact.
·Write and deliver clear, purposeful speeches in public to diverse audiences.
·Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction, establish policies, and ensure good governance practices.
·Provide regular updates to the Board on organizational performance, financial matters, and key initiatives.
·Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Director for a non-profit of substantial size. Master’s degree in Non-profit Management and/or certification in Non-Profit Management is preferred.
Experience with fundraising, media appearances and policy development is necessary.
Prior experience with a Capital Campaign is a plus!
Salary commensurate with experience.
