Home Service Coordinator Jobs

A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Two years of administrative experience directly related to administering federal funding or affordable housing development

Four years of experience directly related to administering federal funding or affordable housing development

Experience maintaining compliance for HUD-funded programs, specifically the HOME Investment Partnerships Program or Community Development Block Grant Program

Experience with affordable housing development

Manage contracts and ensure compliance and deadlines with sub-recipient agreements

Customer Service Coordinator Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Homebuilding, property management, professional services or other similar industry background is preferred.

Proficient in use of computer software to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, Customer Relationship Management System and database management.

High school diploma or equivalent with administrative and/or customer-centered work experience.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Initiative and creative problem solving skills.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Problem solving skills and the ability to manage complaints efficiently

Provide excellent product knowledge by maintaining a keen interest and understanding of all product lines.

Can work independently and confident to manage your own time and workload

Previous experience with ecommerce systems (D3R) is preferred, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate

Previous experience of working with call center solutions and email ticketing systems
