A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
Two years of administrative experience directly related to administering federal funding or affordable housing development
Four years of experience directly related to administering federal funding or affordable housing development
Experience maintaining compliance for HUD-funded programs, specifically the HOME Investment Partnerships Program or Community Development Block Grant Program
Experience with affordable housing development
Manage contracts and ensure compliance and deadlines with sub-recipient agreements
