Healthcare Executive Director Jobs in New York

Hours are 8am -5pm, in the office Monday -Thursday working remote on Friday

Must have 5 – 10 years’ experience working in Investment Banking supporting Investment Banking executives.

Strong written and verbal skills

Experience processing expense reports for executives

Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level

Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings, and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues

Project management skills; adaptive and flexible to the complexities of projects and their deliverables.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Create business development plans for target accounts

Lead deal identification; generate and evaluate strategic and financing ideas and options for clients

Pitch and execute strategic advisory transactions with the support of the healthcare team and corporate M&A, where appropriate.

Provide guidance to junior staff and review of client presentations, analysis and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and ethical guidelines, such as HIPAA or GDPR.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers, to define research questions, design algorithms, and validate findings.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and ethical guidelines throughout the development and deployment of AI RWE solutions.

Medical degree (MD), nursing degree (RN), or equivalent clinical qualification in a relevant field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex healthcare data.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Oversee all FP&A activity as the organisation continues with organic & inorganic growth

Lead all strategic efforts by evaluating key strategic initiatives

Analysing all practice growth and service line expansion opportunities

Oversee M&A activity & due diligence

Lead staretgic projects such as key deal proceses

Heavy calendar management for multiple people in Outlook

Intermediate to advanced level skills using MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat and Strong Teams Experience

Maintain a high level of executive support skills including excellent communication, grammar, proofreading skills, and proposal writing

Strong MS Office Suite Skillset:

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required/requested

5+ years of dynamic administrative experience

Skilled at fostering growth and development

Experience managing all financial aspects of client business and managing/achieving revenue goals internally at an agency is critical

10-15+ years of relevant experience

Healthcare / Pharma experience a must

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field

Plan, organize, and manage all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of Healthcare work

Identify project risks and develop plans to mitigate. Manage through simultaneous project performance issues.

Commitment to provide a positive experience for all project stakeholders, client, design professionals, subcontractors and team members

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, Bluebeam, and an expert understanding of AIA contracts

Pursue Healthcare work and maintain and grow client relationships

Strong communicator. Offers both strong, clear writing as well as impressive presentation skills.

Manage our case studies and maintain our business development database to ensure we have an accurate picture for our CRM efforts.

Minimum 6 years of experience in a sales or business development role. Ideally, you also have agency or consulting experience.

Digital Agency experience and an MBA preferred

Demonstrated self-starter comfortable trying new things, quick to learn new skills and able to proactively identify new opportunities
