5 years of experience with ad servers and ad management technology (GAM, DMP, SSP, DSP, OMS)

10+ years in Digital Ad Operations and Campaign Management in a highly matrixed company

Manage account and project assignments of team members to effectively balance their workload and continued professional development.

Elevate partnership and work with internal teams to ensure that campaigns meet and deliver client requirements and expectations.

BA/BS degree in Advertising, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience

Previous experience in technology, management consulting preferred.

Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and total rewards.

5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on people operations or HR leadership roles.

Experience working with a global company with teams in India.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Extremely detail oriented, organized and great time management skills

Manage approvals for our nationwide WeWork employee offering

Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now Preferred)

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

Experience in an HR/People Ops role at an Advertising or Technology company preferred

HR/People Ops certification(s), such as the SHRM preferred
