Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required. Master's degree preferred

Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing

Assist management to identify problems in operational processes and resolve them in a timely manner;

Communicate all discrepancies/issues immediately to management;

Function as Manager on Duty in rotation, assist with floor coverage, process of client purchases, and open and close the store.

Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferably in a supervisory role;

Excellent written and communication skills;

Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, problem solve and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;

Responsible for the execution of ticket management within after sales tool;

Responsible for all aspects of after sales management, including spare parts order management and credit notes;

2+ years’ Customer Service/After Sales services relevant experience, or transferrable skills;

Determine best solution for each case, considering both company guidelines and the client experience;

Highly motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills;

Knowledge of leather goods and footwear construction and repair (preferably Luxury goods);

Manage allocation strategy for the US and Canada markets (100+ points of sale);

Review the forecast initiated by central team on novelty with regional Merchandising, in collaboration with regional Business Planning and Finance;

3+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Assortment Planning, or Analytics with deep analytical and financial analysis;

Experience with size analysis and category preferred;

Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple priorities, work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to detail;

Collaborative and exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills;

Escalate all return and exchange paperwork to management on duty for receipt signatures to be captured with daily closing flash paperwork;

Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience;

Interact with clients to ensure an elevated shopping experience.

Support with store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with direction from the Store Director/Team Manager – Operations.

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to be detail oriented and accomplish assignments simultaneously with time management.

Advanced excel skills with high-comfort and experience in building pivot tables.

High proficiency in PowerPoint and incorporating excel skills with experience in building pivot tables and story-telling visuals.

Great relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork

Experience leveraging Business Intelligence systems a plus (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
