Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel & Powerpoint

Analyze complex financial information and provide timely and accurate financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes;

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field highly preferred;

5+ years of experience, particularly in financial analysis and cost controls;

SAP and HFM experience, a plus;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

1 year of administrative or stock experience; preferably in a luxury environment;

Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes;

Minimum of 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry;

Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty;

Support a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires;

Manage the allocation of staff resources and schedule to effectively drive sales and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results;

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
