Advanced experience working in the field of Operations/Crisis Centers, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Intelligence, or similar position.

Previous experience working knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules.

Bachelor's Degree in intelligence studies, political science, national security, criminal justice, international studies or related field, or equivalent experience.

Four (4) years of prior relevant experience.

Previous investigative experience with law enforcement and/or Fusion Center environment.

Previous experience developing policies, procedures and protocols for standardization and governance.

Excellent people and team management skills, with the ability to harmonize numerous complex groups spread globally.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in development and execution of central security operations, including building new processes and procedures in a constantly changing, dynamic environment.

Experience managing small-to-medium sized teams and/or large outsourced/vendor teams.

Ability to balance strategic, technical, and operational groups with competing priorities and using a data-driven mindset to guide decision-making.

Ability to travel five days per week to work onsite.

Have an interest or direct experience in the following: Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security.

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

Write security incident investigation reports to provide situational awareness and communicate risks to management.

Contribute to procedures and processes to standardize and enhance risk management.

Experience working on a remote based team.

Required And Preferred Experience And Qualifications

Good oral and written communication skills along with a good working knowledge of basic computer programs

Utilize and display above average critical thinking skills, in times of high stress with sometimes undefined processes and procedures

5 + years related experience.

Must possess investigative and analytical skills.

Excellent Numerical and analytical skills

Ability to manage several tasks at once

Knowledge of cost estimating and fiscal management

Experience in program management / strategic planning & initiatives

Leverage internal case management system to ensure proper staffing deployment

Leadership and performance management across the globe in an in-person and virtual environment

Leading teams and performance management in a global environment across varied cultures

Strategic planning and program management in the global security domain

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

Input and maintain accurate and detailed records of security operations data within a centralized Intelligence and Data Management Platform.

Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality. Competencies and KASO (knowledge, aptitude, skills and other)

Must be competent and comfortable working with email, document creation, spreadsheet data entry,

Confidently maneuver through various computer-based monitoring platforms including camera systems, access control systems, and alarm processing systems.

Effectively monitor for threats or potential obstacles for our security teams by using threat detection intelligence tools and open source research.

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
