Group Home Site Manager Jobs

Vehicle fleet management experience, and federal requirements for vehicle-use reporting and new vehicle justifications.

Conduct audits of operational and management responsibilities including personal property, and develop, recommend, and implement process improvements.

Oversee management systems and their regular updates, including software solutions, procedures, and other program documents.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and management of all group personnel and related non-labor resources.

Experience: Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or a degree in a related field.

Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or an Easterseals Reading Test.

Position is located in Agawam, MA 39 hours

Must possess and maintain a current Florida Driver's License and the ability to meet the standards of an FDOT certification.

Consistently report to work on time as scheduled, prepared to perform assigned duties and responsibilities during entire schedule work period/shift.

Some supervisor or administrative experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills; good organization skills; able to work independently with good problem solving skills.

Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in US upon offer.
